Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or contacting Cyclist's Corner, you agree to these Terms and to any additional service conditions communicated for a particular booking or workshop visit. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or request services.

Section 02

Service Scope

Cyclist's Corner provides general bicycle servicing and repairs, including safety inspections, tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Any final scope of work depends on inspection of the bicycle and its components, and the workshop may decline work that cannot be completed safely or practically.

Core Terms

Review the operating conditions below carefully. These clauses outline how use, payment handling, service scope, and cancellation-related obligations are applied in practice.

03

Quotes and Payment

Operational Clause

Service charges for labour are based on the inspection and agreed scope of work, and replacement parts are quoted separately. A final price is not confirmed until the bicycle has been inspected and the relevant work has been approved. Parts are ordered only after compatibility and price confirmation, and availability is not guaranteed.

Inspection and Completion

Operational Clause

The workshop may request a bicycle intake, mechanical inspection, and customer approval before starting additional work. Estimated turnaround times are indicative only and may change if parts, compatibility, workload, or the condition of the bicycle requires it. No same-day repair is promised unless specifically confirmed for the appointment and required parts.
